CANCELLATION POLICY

I get it, life happens! I’m more than willing to work with your schedule as long as you reach out to me but please understand that when you forget or cancel last minute I miss the the opportunity to fill that spot. A 12 hr notice is required to cancel, appointments canceled with less than a 12 hr notice will be charged 40% of their scheduled service. For no-shows you will be responsible for 40% of your scheduled service. Please arrive on time. Clients who are more than 10 minutes late may have to forfeit their appointment and will be responsible for 40% of their scheduled service. Please contact me if you are running late as this ensures I stay on time for my next client. When booking PLEASE read descriptions and book accordingly. Changing or wanting to add on services upon arrival maybe be a challenge and I cannot guarantee I will have the time. If you are a new client before approving your appointment I will reach out via text and request pics of your current hair and do a small consultation about what your desired look is . This helps to ensure that the style you want is within my capabilities. Your requested appointment time is NOT guaranteed until I approve your request.
